ASSERT 8-Session In-person ESD Workshop – Private Group

ASSERT will provide 8 (1x per week) 60-minute Empowerment Self Defense sessions in-person for private groups. Over the course of the 8 sessions, we will cover:

• Non-violent de-escalation
• Discovery, definition, and defense of personal boundaries
• Effective physical self defense techniques
• Developing self-worth, self-esteem, and confidence from a place of strength
• On-campus Safety
• Safety after graduation
• Pandemic safety
• “Who was I with the previous belief? Who am I, now, with this new belief?”

Sessions will be delivered as scheduled prior to contract.

Cost includes all equipment and workshop materials.

Masks must be worn at all times during the in-person session.
